audio problems at the beginning, but worth the patience. Someone opens 20 or 40 e-mails a day, clicks on Videos, relistens to American idol with me telling him not to! Now my PC can't even handle a simple show! There is a beginning garble of about 10 seconds and 2 in the middle of the show to make you want to shut it off, but within 10 seconds it recovers!
